1.1 How should I care for my jewelry?
Clean with warm water and mild soap, store separately, avoid chemicals, heat, and heavy activities, and get professional check-ups every 6–12 months.

1.2 Do you offer a warranty?
At Rhythm, we want you to shop with confidence, knowing that each piece is crafted with care and built to last.
We provide a 1-Year Warranty for all eligible products. This warranty covers certain repairs or replacements under the conditions outlined in our Warranty Policy.

2. Payment & Shipping

2.1 What are your payment methods?
We accept all major international and domestic credit and debit cards, including:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, and Visa Electron.
We also accept PayPal payments.
Please note: Our system will automatically display the available payment methods based on your country/region at checkout.

2.2 How long will it take for me to get my order?
Delivery time refers to the total time for your item to arrive, which includes both production time and shipping time.
All pieces are made to order, reducing waste and ensuring the best quality.
Production time: Most orders within 21 working days; rush orders: Solid Gold (10K/14K/18K) in 14 days, Gold-plated/Platinum/Palladium in 18 days.
Shipping time: U.S. 3–5 business days; International 5–7 business days.
Note: Weekend deliveries are not available.
2.3 What are your shipping fees?
Domestic (U.S.) Orders: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
International Orders: We charge a flat rate of 40 USD for all international orders.
2.4 Will I pay for any customs duties and taxes?
Duty-Free: We cover customs duties for orders to Canada, Australia, and the UK through our partner warehouses.
Other Regions: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.
Important: If a package is refused due to these fees, the customer must cover return shipping and related costs.
3.Returns & Exchanges

3.1 What is your return & exchange policy?
All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the date you receive your item. After 30 days, we are unable to process any return, exchange, or refund requests.
