All of our pieces are produced only after an order is placed. This minimizes waste and ensures that each item is delivered in its best possible condition, crafted with care just for you.
We are pleased to offer worldwide shipping, so no matter where you are, you can enjoy our beautiful jewelry.
- Domestic (U.S.) Shipping: For all orders within the United States, we primarily use USPS (United States Postal Service).
- International Shipping: For international orders, we choose different shipping companies depending on the destination country to provide the most reliable and affordable service.
- Domestic (U.S.) Orders: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.
- International Orders: We charge a flat rate of 40 USD for all international orders.
Delivery Times
Delivery time is calculated as the total time it takes for your item to arrive, which includes both production time and shipping time.
- General Production Time: Most orders will be produced within 21 working days.
- Rush Order Service:
- Solid Gold Pieces (10K, 14K, 18K): Produced within 14 working days.
- Gold-plated, Platinum, or Palladium Pieces: Produced within 18 working days.
- Domestic (U.S.): Once your order has been produced, shipping will take 3-5 business days.
- International: International orders typically take 5-7 business days to be delivered after production.
Note: Weekend deliveries are not typically available, so please plan accordingly.
Customs Duties
We cover all customs duties for shipments to Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom, thanks to our partner warehouses in these regions.
For all other regions, customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes incurred when the package arrives in the destination country.
- Important: If a package is refused due to customs duties or import taxes, the customer will be responsible for return shipping fees and any additional associated costs.
