At Rhythm Jewel, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and durability of our jewelry. To provide you with peace of mind, we offer a one-year warranty on all eligible items, which begins on the delivery date shown for your package. As long as your item(s) are within one year from this date, they are eligible for warranty coverage. This warranty covers specific repairs and replacements, subject to the terms outlined below.
Coverage
Our warranty covers the following situations:
- Center Stone Detachment: If the center stone falls off, please carefully save the stone and take it to a local jeweler for repair. We will cover the cost of the repair (up to $100) once you provide us with the repair invoice or receipt.
- Lost Center Stone: If the center stone falls out and is lost, a replacement fee of 30% of your original order amount will be required for a new center stone. Please return the item to us for inspection and repair.
- Accent Stones (smaller than 0.4ct): If any accent stones fall off, we will send replacement stone(s) for free the first time. You can have them set by your local jeweler, and we will cover the cost of the setting (up to $100). Please submit the invoice or receipt, and we will reimburse you for the labor cost. This is covered only once per item.
If the prongs on your piece become loose, we recommend having them tightened by a local jeweler. Once you provide the repair invoice or receipt, we will cover the cost of the tightening (up to $50). This coverage is valid for one-time repairs only.
Gold-plated jewelry may experience tarnishing over time, but you can extend its longevity with proper care. If the gold plating peels off within six months of purchase, we offer a free re-plating service. Alternatively, if you prefer a permanent solution, we offer an upgrade to solid gold for the price difference between the original item and the solid gold upgrade.
While the above scenarios cover common issues, we understand that special situations may arise. We will assess these cases individually and determine an appropriate solution based on the specific circumstances.
Our warranty does not cover damages caused by external factors or human error, such as accidental drops, misuse, or exposure to harsh chemicals. Warranty coverage is limited to manufacturing defects only.
