At Rhythmjewel, we want you completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not entirely happy with your order, we are happy to assist you with an exchange, return, or refund in accordance with our policy outlined below. Please read carefully to understand our processes and conditions.

Order Changes

Review Your Order Details

After placing your order, please carefully review the confirmation email, including your order details, shipping information, and expected delivery time. If you notice any mistakes or need to make adjustments, contact us immediately. We are happy to assist you in resolving any issues promptly.

Cancellation Fees

Orders are processed quickly, and items typically enter production within 12 hours of receiving payment (excluding Sundays and public holidays). For cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of purchase, a cancellation fee will apply to cover the cost of materials and labor.

The cancellation fee will be determined by the time frame in which you contact us. The fees are as follows:

Change Fees

If you need to make changes to your order after 48 hours, a 15% fee of the order total will apply to cover materials and labor costs. If the changes result in a higher price, the difference will also be charged to you.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Rhythmjewel piece! However, if you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option for exchanges, returns, or refunds under the following conditions:

  • Policy Validity: Our policy is valid for 30 days from the date you received your item(s). After this 30-day period, we cannot process any requests for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  • Made to Order Items: All items are made to order. If your item is in good condition and there are no quality issues, a 35% restocking fee will apply to any exchanges, returns, or refunds.

Eligible Items for Exchange, Return, or Refund:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be in the same condition as when it was received.

Ineligible Items for Exchange, Return, or Refund:

  • Customized items (including custom ring sizes, stone types, band style changes, or any engraving).
  • Items provided as replacements or exchanges.
  • Items that have been damaged due to improper use.
  • Items that are lost due to an inaccurate delivery address.
Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for personal reasons, please note the following:

  • If the replacement item has a higher value than the original, you will need to pay the price difference.
  • If the replacement item is of lesser value, no refund will be issued for the price difference.
  • An item can only be exchanged once.
Returns

To return your item(s), please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Email us at rhythmjewel@gmail.com to request a return and refund.

Return Address: Return your item(s) to the following address: 14525 Yorba Ave, Chino, CA 91710

Shipping Requirements: A trackable shipping service is required when returning the item(s). We do not issue refunds or exchanges without a valid tracking number.

Return Shipping Fees:

    • If the return is due to consumer preference, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The cost will depend on the shipping company you choose.
    • If the return is due to our error (e.g., a damaged item or wrong product), we will cover the return shipping fees.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-7 business days.

  • Bank Processing Time: If you do not receive your refund after 7 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take additional time to process the refund.
